Skiathos Island

Kastro is an emblematic part on top of the island, representing ancient history and offering a marvelous place to enjoy the vistas from above. Although it may seem like a challenge to complete the trek all the way to the top, the breathtaking view will certainly compensate you! On the other hand, the House of Papadiamandis reflects the uniqueness and spirit of a great writer who loved Skiathos and depicted its love in its work.

Agios Nikolaos Church and Clock Tower is another privileged spot, where visitors enjoy the magnificent view to the entire island. It is splendid to watch the ferries and picturesque traditional boats float on the water, as the stars are mirrored on the surface. Overlooking the Aegean and the island of Skiathos, Bourtzi is in fact an ancient castle or more precisely the ruins that have survived through the centuries. It is a superb place for a quiet stroll and absolute relaxation, in an unspoiled environment.
